A few days in person, in the full YFFR protocol, with other first responders. We are building the interest list now. Tell us where you are and we will bring it to you.
The Operational Readiness Intensive is a three to five day in-person immersion in the full YFFR protocol, built for first responders who want to experience it in depth rather than a piece at a time.
This is not Instructor School. There is no certification track, no teaching requirement, and no pressure to become an instructor at the end of it. You come to do the work for yourself, with people who run the same calls you do.
You get all four pillars, taught the way they are meant to be taught: in sequence, in person, with time to actually practice them instead of watching them once and moving on.
Starting at $1,750 per person, tuition only. Travel and lodging not included.
Those are the terms we are planning around for the first cohort. Where we host, how long it runs, and what a seat includes are all still open, so pricing and lodging may look different for later cohorts. Nothing to pay now. The interest list gets the confirmed terms before anything opens.
Aerient is Latin for conscious breath. The protocol is rooted in the same tradition as yoga, but restructured for the realities of the job, across four disciplines.
The intensive covers all four, in order, over consecutive days. That sequencing is the part a weekly class or an online module cannot give you.
The foundation. How we access the nervous system to regulate and bring the body into coherence.
Strength and mobility work that trains the body to perform under pressure.
Reframing that shifts perception of an experience from threat to challenge.
After action regulation. Integrating the lessons of what just happened.
The full protocol in your hands, not a class you have to book.
Drills you can hold onto in the truck, in the car, at the console.
A repeatable way down after the worst calls of the rotation.
The cognitive piece, so you can name what the job does and reframe it.
Days in a room with responders from other disciplines and other regions.
No obligation to teach. Instructor School stays there if you decide you want it.
Tell us where you are and what draws you to it. When we set dates, this list hears first.
