TRAINING DEMO WORKSHOP
Similar to YFFR In-Service Training, Training Demo Workshops consist of a briefing lecture in a classroom setting followed by an experiential yoga mat class where techniques are broken down and applied. Training Demo Workshops are delivered to public safety agencies as an introduction to the YFFR Protocol and program. After this demo, departments will understand how to implement YFFR classes and stress management training programs informally or through official department programming. CONFERENCES
YFFR instructors provide engaging lectures and demos nationwide at major law enforcement, fire service, and telecommunications conferences.
